Hell... just guessing again (!) but seeing as these are small/low flange hubs, I reckon it will be an ISO threading...that is, NOT French threads (even tho the hubs are Fr), and you should be able to use any popular freewheel with a BSC/JIS/Italian thread assuming that the hub threads haven't been buggered by somebody switching back-and-forth between BSC and Italian. BTW, Normandy red seal Luxe Comps are very smooth hubs, n'cest pas?
Try threading a crank lock ring of known threading onto the hub. Easy to back off if not a match.

Freewheels come in the now-rare French Metric thread, BSC (British) and the Italian which was "equivalent" to BSC. Japanese (JIS) adopted the BSC as their standard, so this is now what some will refer to as ISO for freewheel threads. The BSC/JIS and Ital are "swappable" (diameter and TPI are the same) but the difference between them is the actual thread ANGLE, so that the threading is slightly deformed when one is used where the other originally belonged. The rule of thumb is that you can do the swap as long as you don't swap BACK to the other thread, as deforming the threads again in the opposite direction weakens them too much to be safe. Chances are that any modern freewheel you find will be Asian made and therefore have BSC/JIS threading.
