Maybe I spelt it wrong. A compactus is a huge file storage system which slides on rails. Lots of fun. No I didn't charge for it, I was lucky enough that she wasn't offended and didn't report me.

In high school, I got caught trespassing (climbing buildings) by the police. In college, I almost got caught trespassing (wandering the tunnels beneath the school) by campus security, but we were too fast to get caught.

Well you figure the warehouse was about 100 degrees since the doors were all rolled up and it's been 110 outside....and the cooler is registered at 38 degrees. I went in there to cool off fast because I needed to get back into the stock area. I didn't know a construction guy was watching through the plastic window....until I turned around.

On my lack of interest in staying in touch with co-worker when this is all over. Seriously, I've had a ton of co-workers but he's of the generation where work is a social event. We actually have nada in common.

Thing was we were both violating curfew...so pretty much the cop just ran the plates and then told us to go home.

....we just went to another lake and found a better hiding spot :D

I got caught playing with the constructions guys' equipment. I was trying to turn the darn thing on to move it out of the way. But I ended up turning on all of it's stupid flashing lights instead which brought a lot of attention to me. I was caught with that thing all the way in the air and I couldn't get it back down. I had to climb down off of it. Those guys never should have parked it there. ERRRRGH!!

Might as well been....the cop was the brother of her mom's boyfriend.

Later the next day I had to deal with her goliath of an older brother trying to beat the tar out of me....but again, that was pretty normal for him...I was dating his sister, so he went out of his way to harass me.

The joys of growing up in a small town....everyone knows everyone else, and nobody can seem to keep their trap shut.
