During the Kings Of New England Alleycat series in CT, we had a recumbent join in during the stage race from Hartford to New Haven. In typical recumbent fashion, he rode down, hung out and answered all the typical recumbent questions, fielded a few wheelchair jokes, and rode home (34 miles, uphill) no problem.
Problem is, he missed the Bicycle Barbeque, which he gave his $5 donation for, and never got his t-shirt (which all riders got -- it was 92 degrees, gotta give 'em something).
Recumbent Tom from CT, are you out here????????
You've got a t-shirt coming...
heck, i even got a spokecard for ya, if you want it.....
