my first mountain bike experience was on the Colorado Crest Trail. I was so not ready for that as a roadie. geez. going back in a week to try again.

thats funny, he misses the ramp but atleast he hits the lip, that looked like it hurt because he stopped so completely, he didn't really slide much

O man, I have done that on a drop. I landed flat on my back doing about a 6' drop. But dang, he flew after missing the ramp.

yeah i read the comments under it... he was just sore and the thing that cracked:

If he had properly executed the "BikerFox Hop" or the "BikerFox Crash" as illustrated on my website, he might have been able to land on his feet.
