yes u can grind wood but it depends on what it is made out of and what it is painted with. if it soft would i would exactly recamend its after awile because the wood would dent in. besides that it would be ok. i would recamend wax

There used to be a guy at the Vans before it closed that would go around yelling at the rollerbladers and skaters for waxing everywhere, he would yell at them with a "just go faster you *******, you dont need wax"...
I found it quite ammusing.

I love how one of the rules at chenga 2 is absolutely no waxing of anything and if you do so and are caught you get banned from there forever.
