When installing inline levers, should I remove the current cable adjusters, relying on the ones that appear to be part of the inline levers? I'm assuming so since it would be a lot of stuff to squeeze in to one area, but I'd like to hear from someone whom has done it before.

Your main levers have barrel adjusters? What type of levers do you have? Here are my cane creeks (105 mains)

They're Sora brake levers, but the adjusters are along the brake cable, not unlike these- http://www.nashbar.com/profile_moreimages.cfm?category=69&subcategory=1015&sku=11618&brand=

The picture of your setup is how I was picturing mine. Thanks!

most bikes don't come with the inline adjusters you have. i would say get rid of them as there's not really any point in having two points of adjustment. i actually don't have any barrel adjusters for the brakes on my cross bike
