I guess to start, a little about myself...I worked in the bicycle industry for 12 years, first as a framebuilder in Boulder, Colorado for about six and a half years. After that, I ran the service department for a rather large shop, also in Boulder. I finished off as the head mechanic in a small LBS just outside of Boulder before heading back to college and moved into law enforcement as well as serving in the National Guard. During my time "in the biz", I was a mechanic for a Race Across AMerica team twice and also took up doing some announcing at local criteriums in Boulder County. I rode off an on until about four years ago, when it completely slipped away until last fall. Now I'm back up to three bikes (road, mountain, spare road bike) and am finding some time to actually do some real riding!! So....good to be here and looking forward to chattin with you all :)
