Age is a strange subject. Are you talking about the actual, physical degredation of the body? That would be best measured against your initial state. But, even that would be relative, since we all have different starting points. Lets look at diet. An unhealthy eater's body would "age" faster than that of a healthy eater since you're causing more damage (or at least doing less good), thus using more energy to repair and do normal daily tasks. Then again, this might not be the case if the healthy eater was born with physical defects. Take Werner's Syndrome, for example. If the healthy was unfortunate enough to be born with this, he probably would die of old age before he even reached puberty while the unhealthy eater, born with no major physical defects, would die of old age (assuming he doesn't die of a heart attack) at around 75. If you subscribe the idea of caloric restriction, a person's body burns more energy, and thus ages faster, with the more food they eat. So a Sufi fasting under a tree, even at 70 years old, could be considered younger than a 50 year old who rides his bike a lot and consumes enough calories to replenish what he used.

It's easier to count how many trips around our Sun we've made, but that's not as accurate as one would like to think. For example, how fast are we going? How much closer or farther away from the Sun are we this go around than we were the last. Sure, the different would be infinitesimal and completely pointless to argue, especially when you don't really know what you're talking about, but has that ever stopped me? **** no.

As far as mental age, there are tests psychologists use to determine that. I'm not a psychologist, but I can pretend if you want.

Bah, if you are going by pychological age, then I'm practically 6 years old...
