Upgraded my membership yesterday so I could go to sale section.Its not letting me in, I have my conformation number don't know what to do with it or who to talk to.

May be I'm stuipid,but I go to the sale section.It tells me I need to be a upgraded member,than it gives me the three rules. then this comes up after it.
