I *think* there might be a photo on cyclingnews.com, if you remember what stage it occured, you could have a look under the report for that particular stage.

It was stage 14, and I've just had a look at cyclingnews.com and it looks like they don't have any photos of Kessler from that day.

i have a lot of respect for that guy. he wouldn't be denied a stage win and no one would have blamed him if he rolled over and called it a day after hurling over the barrier, arse over tea kettle.
