i just have some normal generic jumbo pegs, but the grip kinda wore offf on them, so i bought some skate deck grip tape and cut it to fit around the peg...works awesome!!

Hope you protect your shins!!
Sure would be a cost effective way to lose the hair and your legs, that and the skin that goes with it! :D :D :D :D :D

On your shoes and tires??? No way, that would never work, the griptape on your shoes would just cancel the other ones out, griptape doesnt grip griptape that well, and it wouldnt last long at all on your tires, it would just wear off right away, and you wouldnt have any grip to the pavement. :-D
It doesnt wreck your shoes at all. And one piece of grip tape lasts me about 2 months, so it doesnt cost as much. As for my shins, the grip tape actually doesnt hurt all that bad. It cant be any worse than catching your pedal in your shin. Ive had to go to the hospital many times over that happening...i neveractually went, but now i have a ****-load of bad scars on my legs.
