Essentially one has a few more features and with the qr20 is burlier. Thats really it. That link Klein will explain the smaller detail differences but with QR20 the dj2 is way stiffer :)

I saw a picture of a 2003 DJ3 QR20.....I know their not supposed to have it so maybe it was stickered wrong. Note to Marzocchi: stop slacking off and sticker your forks right:D
