Visually in my mind I would think
A) that is painfull as all get out
B) seems like a tight squeeze to get a bicycle and human under at the same time
C) how would you get under the car instead of over it in my mind head on collision would produce DOA and body in windsheild or over back of car unles the car clipped him and the cyclist was ran over by the wheel which would be excruciating painfull

Having had a Camaro.. I really feel for that guy. You physically CANNOT fit under a Camaro without putting it at least on a jack unless you have the body of the average 8 year old. On the plus side, there are few cars easier to lift, guy could have had it a lot worse.
