Hello all, I'm a homeschooling mother of three and about to start training the kids up for cross country riding. Biking was my primary mode of daily transportation until just a few years ago, and the kids have kept up the habit for short trips around town.
Since our garage was broken into and two of the kids' bikes were stolen I thought this might be a good time to teach them a little mechanics while building tour worthy bikes. So I'm probably going to have a million questions over the next few months.
Currently I'm riding either a Pacific mountain bike, or my ancient Trek 400 12-speed.
