My name is Larry, location is Dover, Delaware, USA. I bought a new Breezer Uptown 8 this January, and have enjoyed getting back on two wheels after an almost two-decade hiatus from cycling. I am a retired U.S. Air Force Master Sergeant, and presently working as a Paratransit operator for the local transit authority.

I'd be interested in hearing from other owners of Breezer bicycles, any model, and anyone who is riding a bicycle utilizing the "crank forward" design. I'm not talking about recumbents, just bikes designed with the crank placed further forward, in order to permit a lower seating position while still permitting full leg extension.

I am new to the forum, obviously, and will be doing a lot of reading the next few days. BTW, if anyone is an owner of any model year Toyota Corolla, I invite you to join their forum, www.corolland.com.

Welcome Larry,

I'm 0-2 on the Breezer and Corolla, but I'm ex-Navy, and always glad to say "hi" and "thanks" to someone who's served. I also picked up my favorite bike (used) from Delaware about a year and a half ago, and have also started riding again after a bit over 20 years of not. I like to wear funny clothes when I ride, and hope you won't think less of me for doing so. ;)

Welcome,

John
