He seems to have been a remarkable man (http://www.canadianchristianity.com/cgi-bin/bc.cgi?bc/bccn/0999/robinhood). What a sad loss for humanity. My condolences to his family and friends.
This is a tragic story, seems like one hell of a motivated guy. Just to be clear though, he wasn't trying to raise cycling awareness, he was cycling to advocate for equal access to legal representation for all. I saw a thread somewhere that talked about how dangerous this particular stretch of highway is.
