...be a new beginning for us all? I can't think of another recent thread that has caused us to question ourselves, and indeed our society, in such a healthy and urgent way.

Since the Aussie thread moved here, I feel the horizon leaning foward on Foo, offering us a space to place new, exciting steps of change.

Look at Siu's post, and see how it brings us together....I'm going to start a religion surrounding it, and name myself Pope. And Treasurer. :)

Yes, we can discuss the first Aussie on the moon...oh, wait...

Or the Aussie who invented the telephone...ooops, struck out again....

How about the Aussie who invented modern refridgeration to keep beer cold....nope, that guy was a Scotsman who moved to Oz.....

I, for one, would be honored to start a Cooper Pale Ale thread. That guy rocked...he gave up the entire American market because he refused to put a "warning label" on his beer...."all-malt beer's good for ya, mate!" :D
