I hate watermellon. My favorite thing for a hot day is air conditioning, and a chilled organic fruit juice blended in my Jack LaLaine juicer.

Take the watermelon, cut a small hole in the side. Pour in a few ounces of everclear, or tequila, or somesuch and chill for a few hours. Cut and eat as usual, mmmmmm. Do not serve to children.

I Used to hate the seeds but then I came to appreciate that part of eating watermelon in the first place is sitting back, taking your time, enjoying life and spitting seeds.

I've seen yellow melons at the grocery but not
all that often.
The one I'm now enjoying was bought off the back of
a pickup in Oklahoma by a farmer who told very
bad jokes.
FWIW Yellow watermelons are sweeter than red, atmo.

Yellow watermelons are sweeter but I can't stop thinking about why they are yellow. There are no bathrooms out in the fields for the workers, ya know.....*snicker*
