You only live once, do you want to spend it stuck in traffic behind glass and plastic?

Do you want to spend a large part of your living time watching freeway stripes, road construction and crazy drivers go by?

Do you want to follow the crowd into obesity and mediocrity?

Do you want to be "brain dead," never noticing the beauty of nature around you?

Or do you want to bike commute?

I'm convinced Pete has a wireless PDA attached to each pedal, and simply

types with his toes
wherever he goes.

That's how he maintains both high mileage and all those posts! :D
