not first time I have asked about this, but it's the last.. my last try & it's going in the bin !

Still no joy with the tubeless kit - I cannot get the tire to inflate at all in the first place, before even adding the liquid..

I am obviously not getting enough pressure in quickly to seal the tire to the rim - do those who use the kits use high pressure system ?

I add air and it comes straight out of the side of the tire by the valve - I just don't get it !

any more advice before I give up...?

Are you talking about

1. UST tires on UST rims with Stans Goo?

or

2. Regular tires on tradition rims with a stans kit and goo?

Also What tires and rims specifically?

Stans kit on standard rims..

Rims are Mavic 717 & have tried both Nokian and Kenda tires both recommended by Stan's. Also the tires have been strected out with tubes before I tried to install the kit..

With Stan's I have to use either an air compressor or CO2. Sometimes the CO2 just doesn't do it though. Also, Kenda's are hard to use with Stan's for me. The sidewalls are so thin that they take forever to seal up.

Once you get it to seal up it is awesome. I use stan's kits on three of my wheelsets.
