does anyone know of any quasi-lowracers? I only know about a few: the Challenge Hurricane and Taifun and possibly the HP Veloteknik Speedmachine (i think). I can't think of any others than that, your input is greatly appreciated. Ideally, I'd like something with a seat height of 15-16 or so inches and a 26"/700c rear drive wheel. does anyone know of such a machine? also, even though i know i'm gonna sound like a cheapskate, I have had my eye on the Actionbent Midracer http://actionbent.com/ASSEMBLY_MANUAL/ABMidRacer.htm . Does anyone have any criticisms/praise/experience? I know ActionBent bikes in general are less certain than one you'd get from a dealer for several reasons. ( ie they come partially assembled and some of their models' bottom brackets look a little low and also I have heard that they have other problems such as a weak seat etc.) While the Midracer is definitely not my ideal bike (mentioned roughly above), it is one of the lowest bikes i can find for below 1200 bucks. Another problem i have is living in el paso, tx, where there are almost NO bents, let alone bent dealers. I think i have heard of one or two mythical bent riders in my entire life. I might have to resort to building my own, but how hard do you think it would be for me to build a quasi-low with a 15.7" seat height and highly adjustable seat angle (from about 25 to 40 degrees?) I hear very little about quasi low's and that's a real shame, because they're pretty much really close in efficiency/speed to unfaired high and low racers (from what i hear on this site:http://www.cyclebanter.com/printthread.php?t=24904&pp=40). Anyways, i can see that my post is way too long as usual so i'll appropriately end with a thank you to all you 'bent experts for your help and support.
