There's no elevated level of testosterone at all; it's an unnatural ratio of testosterone and epitestosterone that indicates testosterone has been introduced to the body unnaturally.

The "drug" that would improve performance is testosterone. There's a huge thread going on about this right above you in a sticky. Maybe you should read it.
