can any one hook me up with a place where i can get one or jus tif you have one a strick plan for ever week because i work better when i know what i should eat ever day instead of saying "is this good for me" when i eat something. i would just like to get my weight loss on a steady organized schedule. thank ahead of time :)

I am no expert, just a guy with the same goal and problem. I also travel 50% and must eat what is available.
Here is what got me from size 40 to size 34.
Breakfast is always Oatmeal with fresh fruit. Coffee.
Lunch and Dinner is always grilled Fish or Chicken plus Veggies.
My Vice is good red wine.
Absolutely no fried food, no ice-cream, pasta, bread, potatoes, beer, hard liquor, gravy, spices, soda.

I am training about 50 miles/day and can now eat some of the forbidden things.:D
