I just realized that I sometimes follow my own advice!

The other morning, I didn't want to ride my bike to work. I was just feeling very tired. Then a voice echoed in my head, and it was mine!

I was remembering telling someone else about how
a good ride often chased away that tired feeling, that once on the bike, it often simply disappeared.

So I took my own advice and -- bingo! I felt just fine all the way.

I am glad I listened to me.

I keep telling my Friends the same thing... of course, I have to remind myself a number of times too.

Been down that path many many times, especially re: riding in the rain.

We had our first rain today, the first since sometime last year. There was no way I was going to ride today, with all the Phsyco's driving like it had never rained. I will wait until we have a few rain days before taking to the wet roads.

The hills roads can be very dangerous with the fog and rain, so I will the give the drivers a few days to acclimatise.

CHEERS.

I feel great after today's ride int eh 6 inches of snow. It was a 20 mile blast! Get some time off the bike and you realize what fun it is to ride!
