I was wondering if there is a supplier for the ovoid or elongated type tubing (not sure what it's refered to as), found on some of the time trial and track bikes, or are those makers having it custom made.

Also, I only seem to be able to find sets of tubes... can you buy singles?

and lastly what is your favorite tubing. I'm a huge fan of lugged steel, as well as the blade type tubing on some of the Yamaguchi bikes.

You can purchase individual tubes from almost all the bike tubing suppliers. My favorite is bringheli.com - Joe Bringheli sells Dediccaia tubing and has some of the best prices available in the states. Other suppliers include henryjames.com (True Temper), bikelugs.com (Columbus), and Nova (various makes). You can get aero tubes but there are not any deceint lugs to fit them - I mention this because you stated you like lugs.
