Im 39 and have been lifting weights forever, I have been riding my 05 Giant for 2 months and love it. Now I found this site I can learn alot more about biking and faster.

Thanks, Im from Mt. Carmel right on the Wabash River, about 35 miles north of Evansville In. Its a small town of 8000 people. Oh, the funny thing about MOUNT CARMEL is, it seems like its the flatest part of Illinois.
