There was some turkey fat sitting at the bottom of a tupperware I had in my fridge. I figured I could stand to gain some weight and ate some of it. Yum!

mmmmhhhhh turkey fat. Actually, when I was a kid, my father somehow used to get goose fat from who-knows-where and used it as spread on bread. Tried it once as a kid and found it absolutely, 100% disgusting. However I'm not one to turn down bacon fat. mmmmhhhhh bacon :p

I got plenty of fat to spare...would you like me to ship you some. I'll even ship it in tupperware like your used to as long as you ship the containers back when you are done.

When my dad was a kid he would slam down entire sticks of butter. I just don't understand how someone could do such a thing.

Fan can be pretty tasty.
There is tasty fat and nasty fat. Bacon fat = good fat. That thick nasty fat that forms on brisket set in the fridge overnight = bad fat.
Pretty much any kind of fat that was liquefied and then re-solidified is not good fat....unless it's being used in cooking. Lard is yumtastic when used right.
