In the latest Velonews there is an article that states the ratings for this years Tour were down by almost 50%. OLN said that there was great interest on their web casts but the TV viewership was down significantly. My guess is we won't be seeing live daily coverage for the 07 Tour.

Do know if web cast was commercial free? OLN really beats it's viewers over the head with those friggin things. They do go commercial free towards the end of the stage so maybe they that's the deal. In any event my TiVo made short work of them :rolleyes:.

I digitally recorded all the stages and watched them the following day usually...worked out pretty good.

That would be sweet. Cycling.tv is actually easier/cheaper to get than OLN, and its commercials aren't as annoying. But what would the annoucer situation be?
