Finally i`m in New Zealand, after a 26 hour flight from Amsterdam to Christchurch.
I think my handlugage was screened 7 times, had two full body screenings and some bagsearches as well.....:D
When i unpacked my bike at Chch. airport, i noticed a huge greasy spot on the bike box, and i could only think of one thing; my hydraulic brake was damaged during the flight!
I inspected the bike, but could find any leaks, i think it was some shock oil as my brakes where fine on my ride today.
Oh yeah, the ride today; there i was, full of confidence about my fitness, conquering some little hills around the city....
Wrong! my legs where bad today (i`ll blame the jetlag) ;)
Tommorow, i`m not sure, depends on the weather, maybe south, maybe west of Chch.
