Hey guys and gals. Just a quick question. I'm looking at a Kona Dawg and Dawg Deluxe. I was just wondering if the Deluxe upgrade is worh the extra $800CAN? ($550 US) or should I just stick with the standard Dawg and upgrade when I need to?

What's the difference between the two?

Basicaly looks like the Dawg comes with a marazochi fork and the dawg deluxe a fox float vanila R fork....
Dawg has Raceface crank, stem and bar.. while the dawg deluxe has the Kioski Stem and bar.. and Shimano cranks..

Other then that Dawg seems to have slightly lower level components.

Either my computer is messing up, or you copied the same spec twice. Identical specs!

Try again!

Pretty signifigant differences actually. The fork is the lowest end fork they make. Cranks and drivetrain are lower end and cheaper. Essentially the Dawg Delux is already upgraded...yes it is worth it. The fork is 300$ more, the cranks and drive train are a couple of hundred more still. I would say get the Dawg Delux unless you can get bro prices at your lbs which would save you cash :)
