Is awesome. Remember the brake pads that I showed you guys that had been completely worn down in a matter of weeks? Well... I called Avid and basically just asked them what was up. They sent me a set of pads and some H-springs for free! How cool is that? She was extremely friendly on the phone... I am very pleased. It's alot easier to deal with not having my hardtail to ride since I know I'm well taken care of. They're an awesome company... I'd highly recommend them to you guys. Great product and even better customer service!
