A few years ago, I saw a documentary about one or many people going to the north pole. I don't remember much about it except for the part when they met with this fellow, on his way to the north pole also, riding a bike!

I guess that's unusual enough to merit a picture in North Carolina, not here.

That's nothing, here it is -30 everyday for the last month, last night, and tonight the Windchill is expected to be -50 :( I hope it warms up soon so I can ride.

Greywolf, I am crazy, just look at my username. :) Roadbuzz, it has to be at least 0 or warmer, that might happen here in June :( I hate winter, it cuts into my riding time.

I've been riding again since January.
This has got to be one of the worst winters I've seen in T.O. in a long time. When I rode to work on Monday night during the middle of a snow storm I bailed once when my front tire washed out and sent me sliding to the curb. I was kinda of comical actually. My bike ended up in the middle of the road while I slid 3-4 ft through some snow and slush. I thought for sure if anything my bike was going to get toasted, however we both emerged unscathed. My bike after a commute these last few weeks is usually covered in ice and slush by the time I get to where I'm going.
I'm tired of this crap though, and after today, the forecast is showing some warmer weather. It is supposed to get up to 1 degree celcuis this weekend. Should be like riding in Hawaii. :D

Just reminds me that I have to do two centuries in March to make up for the Feb one that had to be canned due to illness. One of them is coming up this weekend. I just need to decide on which century to do. Of course, I won't have any issues with the cold around here. But the combination of heat and relative lack of water (still in drought, despite recent rain) might present a problem.
