Our family started a cycling mission this year. In order to give us a monthly physical fitness goal, we started a pet project called the Reality Bikes Tour. We've committed ourselves to one recreational ride per month in a new location every month. We recently moved to Denver, Co and I'm looking for a recreational cycling event for the month of September that is within a decent one day drive. I'm thinking Wyoming, Utah or New Mexico. Does anyone know of any events in those areas? We're doing a Colorado ride for August, so we'd like to avoid duplicating the same state back to back. Also we're taking our two year old in her tag along on these rides, so we're looking for shorter distance rides (15-35 miles), that are kid friendly.
I welcome all suggestions and encourage everyone to take a look at the website. We're still getting our video and audio capture technique down. Our most recent ride, RAGBRAI in Iowa turned out to be fairly entertaining.
