I figured this would be the place to ask but with my last post, no one responded.
I'm wondering about the disk brake adaptor that Litespeed (or any frame for that matter) puts on their Pisgah. I'm wondering if this is a quick fix for disc brakes or is their frame built for the additional torque of disc brakes. I emailed them and got a generic response that didn't tell me much.

It's pretty much a quick fix.

It's a piece of CNC'd aluminum that fits on the inside of the drop-out. For such a nice frame, you would think they'd do something a bit more elaborate.

Thank you for the response. I've always considered Litespeed a quality frame builder but I don't know what to think of this attachment. A LBS has a 2005 on sale with this attachment and XT discs. I'm not even sure I want disc brakes (currently running XTR Vbrakes) but would like to have a frame that leaves me that option.
