Has regular ole stop for the front derailleur and rear brakes, but the middle one is just funky.

It's like this on both ends of the top tube.

Seems like the only way is to run housing all the way through since there aren't any stops :(

Ideas?

the rear derailleur cable is routed in the middle, while the front derailleur is routed on the left and the rear brake on the right

why would you do that? the only line on a mtn bike that cant be broken is for a disc brake. it clearly needs the ziptie feature of the center mount.

That center slot is for the Rear brake line, hydraulic or cable. Rocky's come that way. If the rear brakes are cable actuated, they just run housing all the way. There are special clips made to hold the lines, but they end up wearing out fast. A small zip tie will work just fine.

I do not usually say someone is wrong, but Zephyr15 is wrong on this. Those braze-ons are designed as I just stated. That said, you could run a solid rear derailleur housing also. Does not really matter. Regardless, you will have to run one with all housing.
