What I really find creepy about him is his passiveness.
Those Thai cops just position him like gumby, and he complies.

That's a stretch, and wild speculation, I guess the Boulder Police looked at that angle and couldn't make it work. However, talk radio and news channels play this speculation with repetition and phoney experts who sound so sure, that people lap it up as fact.

I don't know, I do hope they find and convict the person who did this crime, it was sad for the family and terribly botched by law enforcement, the press and talk radio.

How likely is it that he's just using this as an escape route from the Thai legal system? "I killed an American girl, deport me for trial!"

Someone told me that how can that so called killer say it was "an accident" when the girl turned up strangled and beaten, as if that's an accident?

Not that much of a stretch! yes, the mom did live through her daughter, BUT... it isnt common for a 5 year old to get into beauty contest and be dressed like a grown up woman and know EXACTLY how to move and act. Im a ladie and i sure dont have the posture this kid had, my point? you dont get this at 5 years old and to act like this in such a young age means that she was tought way before she could even decide if going into those contest was indeed something was wanted to do. Im saying that the mother had total control over how that child was going to do and it's all about how that child was going to make her look. Does that means she killed her? No.. but does that show odd behaviors? yes, come on now.. how many of you saw that poor child parading around like a beauty queen , dressed like a sexy woman and just shook thier heads in disbelief. there is a lot of pressure under these contests and a lot from the parents. They sometimes crack under pressure if thier child dont perform the way they are expected to. that reminds me of this woman, I dont know if you guys saw that, she had her child in beauty contest and when the young child pulled out her first tooth all proud right the night before this contest, she got one bad beating from the mom, because by pulling out her tooth, she had less chances to win.
Im not saying the mom did it, but Im saying that a mother who expects so much of a child, expects her to acts as if she is 25, to me has some mental issues, does that make her a killer? nope but I wouldnt put it pass her that living up to such a perfect expectation can make someone crack up.

But supposedly this guy had knowledge of details of the crime scene that were never released to the public. I think that's why they bought the story. Certainly after all this time, there's little pressure to find the killer, so they're not going to arrest just anyone.

Honestly, I thought seeing JonBenet run around in that pageant was disturbing....that's a kid for chrissakes....stop making her dress like a grownup, that's almost sick.

As for the killer, let the prison do to him as they will, if he turns out guilty of course. Really, who wants a child ******/murderer around them? Is this guy actually able to be rehabilitated? Do you want your children part of the science experiment to test if he can be rehabilitated? I don't even have kids and I sure as hell wouldn't.

If they can leave him in the woods as a hermit or something, cool....but I have no sympathy for child molesters or *******, and very little for cold blooded murderers. Society needs to be able to reject people from it who are grossly dysfunctional, and whoever did kill JonBenet would fit that like a glove.

Like drugging the girl when no evidence of drugs were found in JonBenet's blood. Also, he supposedly has said in many letters and emails to Mrs. Ramsey and others that he is under investigation by the feds for at least four other child related crimes. The feds say they don't know what he's talking about. Hopefully the DNA evidence will tell but I think the guy's just a flake.
