Road Cycling - It's all my fault.

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.

Snow and freezing temps. Folks in the middle portion of the US, my apologies. I go out and purchase a new bike, and this is what happens. ;)
My old bike is a heavy low-end mountain bike, which I have equipped with Michelin city tires. My new beater!
My new (and first) road bike is a Trek 2300, pictures to follow.

Wow! That is a real step up in rides. Enjoy.
I have been riding hairy legged through the winter here in Colorado because we had great weather (Greeley area) and I figured that if I shaved it would certainly bring the snow. I wasn't prepared to take the blame.

The 2300 jumps to a 63 cm, rather than 62. But you're right, it's the big one.
Now that's the way to spend the winter!

Awesome bike you bought!! I also like the phone book get-up you use for your trainer. I thought I was the only one who did that!!!
