Hello everyone, I just discovered this forum, it looks great, I've been doing alot of reading here. I like off road and road, I have an FSR and a Schwinn hardtail, and a GT road bike. I live about 20 miles south of Seattle.......tom

Sorry to chime in so late, but welcome to the Forums, tomkatz.
Auburn, wow that's a tough row to hoe.
Fortunately you are located where it is easy to throw your bike in the car and drive to any of the departure points listed in the classic "Bicycling the Backroads of Puget Sound" by Bill and Erin Woods.
I'll look for you in the Forums!

Thanks for all the welcomes. Greg, auburn isn't really too bad, I've got a river with miles of trails right outside my back door, and the interurban trail is a few minutes down the road, where are you located?....tom

Hi tom.
I'm in Mount Vernon, home of the "Tour de Fleur" during the annual Tulip Festival. The rest of the year is pretty good for riding too, in this locale.

Greg....yes, Mt Vernon is a great area, I have a friend who lives out that way, he keeps after me to come visit and go riding, we plan to in the next couple of weeks...tom
