I've found a used 2004 Poprad and would like to determine the original comp specs as well as the list price. The add is asking $800 and said that the bike was originally purchased for $1300. This seems kind of steep even if it had limited miles. Just recently a 2005 Cross Hairs sold for $750 in the same area and those built up new run over $2k. What is really odd is that the a new 2006 Poprad (non disc) lists at $1200. I also found a 2005 Poprad that was won in raffle and was never used selling for $1100.
In general my questions are:
1) Is the 2004 list price of $1350 accurate? Assume that the components got much cheaper if the 2006 list is $120.
2) What are the component differences between 2004, 2005, and 2006. Lemond doesn't have them in their archives.
3) What is a fair market price for a barely used Poprad based upon its year?
4) Is anybody aware of any market differences between the yearsin the frame/fork that impacts the quality and performance of the ride.
