I see Nashbar has a large handle bar bag for sale. 420 cu. in.
I would get it for family rides, multi event activities and touring.

I especially like the map compartment on top.

Does anyone have any input on this type of handlebar bag?

Sorry I ment to put this in the Touring area.:(

I can feel the extra weight on bars in the steering. For that reason I tried to keep the weight down and just put essentials up there. I found that there is not alot that I cannot carry in my pockets (food, keys, sunglasses). Although, I do like having dedicating my pockets to food and other small items for in an easy reach bag.
