I'm seeing more and more fixed gears every month in down town SLC, how many of you guys are on BikeForums?

The Alley Cat race is put together by two guys I've seen riding around on fixies. From what I understand they're thinking about staging an alley cat race on the last friday of each month.

The Alley Cat race is put together by two guys I've seen riding around on fixies. From what I understand they're thinking about staging an alley cat race on the last friday of each month.
I was invited to the race by some guy the other day. I wonder if he was one of them?

I'm doing a conversion right now. I couldn't believe how many fixies I saw when I started working downtown month ago. I probably see 5-10 a day riding in from Sandy (but I never see any further south than sugar house).

I work downtown near 2nd South and 2nd East and see quite a few fixies out there.
