Yes I know it should be eliminated from your diet, ect. But at the gas station comming home from school I was hungry so i bought a small bag of sunflower kernels. after about 200 of those things I was reading the ingredients. Then I saw it had the partially hydrogenated soybean oil to it. -_-. Oh well it only have .5 per half cup. That;s probably bad, I don't know. Well I guess the unsaturated fatty acids will outweight the bad transfat in the end. If one does consume it, how much should be taken max?

Refer to USDA food pyramid website. It should have detailed information on nutrition.
