In the spring I did the Caledonia Trailway down to Terra Cotta, Ontario. At that time I stopped in Caledon East for lunch and a number or trail users told me that the trail was closed at Highway 10 for bridge construction, but on the weekend you could sneak through the construction site and run across the highway. I in fact did the same, but getting through with my fully loaded tourer was dodgy at best.

I'm taking SWMBO on a weekend credit card jaunt on our new tandem. Local knowledge required here: Is the bridge finished? If not will we be able to get through?

Wow! And I communicate for a living, so I should not obfuscate! Yes, a bike bridge over the highway. It is a killer to try and cross 4 busy lanes of traffic and we will be on a tandem.

By the way; I love the website and the photos.
