So my legs feel like they're in great shape from all the biking... Except for my knees and the muslces and tendons around them. I never notice it much while I'm biking but other non-cycling motions, left to right leg movements, etc., sometimes make them hurt and generally feel like they're not built up enough.
Are there any excercises you guys would recommend to work on those muscles or should I try re-adjusting my bike?
