I plan on doing the 2 x 20 test tomarrow. What heart rate should I try for . Should I try for 70 or 75 % of my max (195). I'm not I great shape, but have no clue where to start from?

The 2x20 test is to find your LT heartrate... With your max of 195, I bet your LT HR is around 160-170bpm or 82-87% of max... ? Everyone's different, that's the idea behind testing...
