After a post in Learning to Ride, I thought I would start a new thread. For the newer members who do not know much about me and since Siu says we are all family here are some leg pics for your enjoyment.

Considering the silicone liners, I bet I have the hottest legs on BF also. Literally speaking. :D

Indeed he is. He has gone through so much and keeps on going. You are a symbol of strength and determination. With a high spirit and great sense of humor. But I must correct you on one thing. Someone here has whiter legs than you! :D (I won't mention who because he might get mad). ;)

I thought about about that. How does OSHA yellow sound. Maybe add a little reflective tape for night riding.

did you see the foot though? that thing is blindingly white! Although, 6 hours in the sun last sunday playing golf in sandals gave me some pretty stupid looking tan lines...

I seriously don't have any pigment in my legs. My legs all the way down to the feet are just white. Unless I'm sunburned :)

I'll give you props for the discolored leg though. It goes through the whole color spectrum:eek:

I flipped, and the whole bike came down on me. The rear derailer was like snagged on my ankle I assume that is what did it. It could have been a rock or the cassette lol. The whole rear derailler story sounds better though.

edp: look at the pigment in my skin, there is none!! you don't need to see the whole leg to know!

Ya, I need a new socket on my left and was never happy with the fit on my right, so I never had the finish done. Besides I do not care for Ossur's foam and the last one I had finished made my leg look much bigger than Arnold Schwarzinegger's. LOL.

Anyway, a guy here in town had a t-shirt embedded into his socket and it looks really cool. Think of the possibilities. :)

Is that the lime greenish tone of some fire trucks? That'd get some attention!

How about hunter orange? Or what about one of those reflective deals like they put on sweatshirts these days? You know, sort of a pale gray by day... reflective by night?

The DOT tape idea's a good one.

Only downside is it'd probably draw attention from drivers to the point of fixation. To the point that they'd probably veer into you. Hmmm.... maybe plain white is best, after all! :rolleyes:
