I notice that almost all the time trial bikes I see only go up to 60cm. Is there a totally different sizing setup that allows tall riders to use 60cm bikes?
I'm 6'6" with a 37" inseam
also, should I use longer cranks?
I think I understand your situation, but from the other end of the specturm. I'm too short! As for the bike being too small, you can compensate for longer cranks but remember that you'll also need to keep the RPMs up. If you're pushing a larger circle your RPMs may slow down. You may consider a longer seatpost and spacers on your steer tube. The advantage that you have (well... you probably have many advantages) about being so tall is that you can start to form the bike around your bike position. As for me, I'm so short that I have to somewhat "adapt" to frame sizes. I hope that helps a little bit.
