My daughter and I were walking through Whole Foods yesterday, and I bought a package of freshly baked macaroon cookies.
OMG!
I hadn't had these in years. I'm still pinching myself to see if I'd died and gone to heaven. Whoa!
Anybody else love 'em as much as me?
Hi,
yes. Once I made Italian macaroons for a party. These are made with almonds
instead of coconut. Fresh out of the oven they were heavenly.

Go ahead, push it to the max.....chocolate-dipped macaroons.
Whole Foods......I always get pulled to the pizza section, then the produce, then my wallet.

Macaroons are so small- I wonder if they are worth it. I have to eat a whole box in one sitting before I have had enough. Now one whole Apple pie and I am satisfied.

I guess you are lucky that DG and CC are shopping at whole food and not half food, if so they would have had to buy two packages. :D
