I know its a common bike ,but i like the bomb proof bottom bracket of the Schwinn Varsity.
According to available info it is a March 1978.
Took it for it's first serious ride at the weekend-could not be happier with it.
Sorry no before pictures but it was in poor shape and blue in colour.

You let me send you one from my New Hampshire town dump (pic of Sports in Snow). Just ask Kurt, aka cudak888, about his that now resides in Miami (3rd from left in the warm looking picture). I'll look for a 10 speed model for you. :D

BTW, great looking Varsity! You did a fine job. I have a '71 Kool Lemon awaiting restoration this winter (another dump find).
