Wondering about the opinions on crash training as apposed to standard periodisation.Having a couple of really hard trainnig weeks, upping the duration and intensity then having a couple of weeks of easy pedalling then after that you should be 'flying'.
Or is it best to stick to the traditional method of gradually up the tempo and the season progresses?
